    Can you have what you think is your period along with cramps and be pregnant?
    A couple days after this so called period you feel almost like its coming again.

    Some women will have what they believe to be a period in early pregnancy. It is most often different from their norm; perhaps a bit lighter or shorter in duration, but not always. However, you will not have an actual period if pregnant.

    If there is a chance of pregnancy, you can always try a test.
