    Sharp pains in my belly
    Well I am pregnant and have been getting sharp pains in my belly quite a lot for about a week and today I woke up and I've bled buh my blood is bright red and dark brown and I keep getting these really heavy and sharp cramps also I am losing a lot ov blood and feel sick and dizzy?
    Does any one have any idea what it may be?

    Please go to your doctor or ER. You may be in labor or having a miscarriage depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy.
