periods the next day after sex, 7 days early, am i pergnant?

hi, me and my girlfrnd had protected sex (we did have a bit of a problem with the condom this time, as it was bit loose from the end, but i did not enter so far so it could touch her, neither did i ejculated in her, i always ejaculate outside her and further check the condom for any hole, nothing of such was found),......but the next day she started her periods ,
she said period because, her normal period give her immense cramps/pain in her legs, and she felt the same on that day....she is usually late with her period mostly 3-5 days or so...as she works a lot/stress, she is anemic, low on diet etc...but the last period that she had was a heavy one on the first day(we had sex 5 days before her last periods), and then normal for the rest....she did confirm that the color of the blood was normal for last period as well as for now...and she doesn't feel any pregnancy symptoms..., i would like to know whether she is pregant or going to be? what are the causes for early periods or bleeding? and the causes for heavy bleeding coz she had such heavy bleeding for the first time?......please help...thank you

Your girlfriend sounds like she needs to eat a more nutritional diet, ie whole grains, veggies, fruit, some sort of protein regularly whether meat or beans. Quit with the sweets, sugared products, white bread, sodas, etc. Her body imbalances (heavy periods, irregularity) are a message to her that she needs to put better "gas in the car" (Ruling out any medical problem). As for you, "playing house" only yields the wind. Your most valuable decision as a man, will be shown in planning a safe and secure future, with or without her, within the bounds of marriage.
