    Period or implantation bleeding?
I am on my period now, but it is really light and acting funny. I usually start my period in the morning and it is usually really heavy for about 4 days then relatively light for 3 days. I usually have really bad cramping, mild headaches, I get very tired and my breasts are usually sore. I also usually have a bad reaction to milk or dairy when I'm on my period(diarrhea, headaches, extra tired, and really bad cramping, along with nausea)

This time my period started on sunday(3-30) evening and its been really light. Sunday night I had some food that contained a little butter before I went to bed. I woke up in middle of the night and was really sick. I felt like I was going to throw up, and I had a killer headache. I didn't know if I was going to be able to make it to my classes the next day. I have sense cut all dairy out of my diet and am not having any problems with nausea. Usually after the 4th day I can eat dairy, so yesterday I had taco bell for lunch, and it made me nauseous.

Usually I get really bad period symptoms the week before my period starts, but I haven't had any. My breasts are not sore, like they would usually be. The only period symptoms that I'm having right now are mild cramping, mild headaches, and I'm tired. I could be tired because I've been having a hard time sleeping at night.

I talked to my mom yesterday to tell her that I think that I'm lactose intolerant and she responded with "are you pregnant" this is something that I did not even think of. After I thought for a while I realized that someone else made a comment that I could be pregnant.

I broke up with my boyfriend last week, and in the past month we only had sex once, and we used a condom, but I checked the dates and it was when I was ovulating.

I guess what I'm trying to ask is: Is it period or implantation bleeding, should I take a test now or wait till my period is over. Is it even worth it to take a test, or am I just letting other people scare me?

No one on this site can tell you if you are pregnant, only a doctor or a home pregnancy test can tell you that. I'd suggest going to the doctor if you are really concerned that you might be pregnant, there is always a chance, even if you use a condom, but don't worry until you know for sure.

    Good Luck.
