Period after Ectopic pregnancy

I am desperate for information. I had an Ectopic pregancy on thwarting 9th of March 2012 and had surgery as it ruptured my right tube. I also had my right tube removed. Since then I bleed a few days after which I'm assuming isn't considered a period. Its been 4 weeks and I just got my period for 3 days, it normally goes for 6 or 7 days. Can I consider this my period? Am I having an abnormal period? Does this mean I will not ovulate this month? Is this normal? Will it go back to how it was? Most importantly is it common to have shorter or irregular periods a month after Ectopic? I need as much info as I can get as I can't afford a gyno or doctor and all the info I look up is conflicting. Please help me.

one of my cousin under went the same Ectopic pregancy and had surgery.
for some 10days she was having little pain but later its normal for her.
she also had her monthly periods in proper time...so i think its normal
