I can think of a lot of first names of boys and girls that would sound good with the last name of Wilkie as it seems easy to fit so many names to make an easy flow to the sound of the first and last name when said in sequence. It is not necessarilly that easy to find good first names that flow easilly with some last names. But, Wilkie is easy.

I think that my personal preferance would be to put a first name with Wilkie that has two syllables in it. Like, Katie Wilkie or Prescot Wilkie for example.
