Metformin, PCOS, and pregnancy

Ok...So I have endometriosis and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). I have been trying to get pregnant for about a year now. I recently was put on Metformin to regulate my insulin levels to help my PCOS. I have lost about 10 lbs but I still have a long way to go
(30 more pounds). So I was wondering if anyone has any input on how long they were on metformin before getting pregnant? Also, Metformin is supposed to stop hunger, however ever since I went from 3 to 4 pills a day I have a burning hunger all day long. Even right after I eat!!!! Please someone help me!!!!!!
