Just found out im pregnant, but unsure when I had my last period. My belly is quite bloated, ive been more hungry than usual. When I sqeeze my nipples as there is white dots on my nipple, I have clear fluid come out, I didnt think you have this until later pregnancy. This is my fourth pregnancy. Ive also had very strange cramping last night like braxton hicks, which it slightly takes your breath away. My vagina also aches now and again. Not sure how far gone I could be, any ideas? Reason why I havent kept a eye on periods, is because Im irregular plus there has been some famliy problems with mum being very ill, also I got new job. So any be so kind and give me a helping hand.

First of all I assume congrats are in order.

Now, there is no way to tell truthfully. The only way to tell would be through an ultrasound. Braxton Hicks tend to start earlier in later pregnancies. In the 4th pregnancy it is not uncommon to have BH as early as 2 months.

Time to make that appointment.
