| If it comes back even fanitly positive it is time for you to make a doctors appointment. HPTs are known for giving false negatives, but less likely to give a false positive.
It is possible that you experienced implantation bleeding, but you should know that implantation bleeding is less common than people think. It does not happen to every woman and does not happen with every pregnancy, most of the time it actually goes unnoticed.
While it is possible that you miscarried, most every woman miscarries at least once in their lives and never even knows she was pregnant, it is more likely that you are pregnant.
