Implantation bleeding?

The last time I got my period was on July 12th. A couple of days ago I started getting some mild spotting and then last night I bled for about an hour to two hours or so.. I am wondering whether or not it seems to be implantation bleeding. I have never had a irregular period and seeing that its about 2 weeks till im supposed to get my period i am kinda worried about it. Im seeing my gyno on the 3rd of this month but me and my boyfriend are stressing.

Implantation bleeding is very possible. However, it is not as common as most people think. Most of the time implantation bleeding is barely noticed.

Are you on any form of birth control or using any kind of protection? This is important before we go on.

Thanks for your response.. No I haven't thats why I thought that I might have been pregnant. I had actually already made an appointment to visit the gyno for next thursday and i was going to get on the pill.. Im going to get a pregnancy test when i go but its been on my mind since the day i had bled.. So i was curious to see if there was a chance that i could be..

It is possible, anything is possible. Keep your appointment, that is important right now.

Just remember that implantation bleeding is not as common as you think.

It might be that you are bleeding just from sex. This is not uncommon. If you had your period on July 12 it would be too early for you to get pregnant and too early for a positive pregnancy test.

Let me know what the doctor says.
