All joking aside, this is not a question we can answer over the internet. Light (not lite) bleeding can be a period for some women. Hurting "in the lower part of my stomach" can be caused by many things other than pregnancy.

The only thing you can do is to take a pregnancy test using first morning urine after your period is approximately 2 weeks late.
