i'm i pregnant

i have a question i have had all the symptoms of being pregnant for like 3 weeks but i have took 3 stick test and all of them said i'm not but friday i started spotting reddish brown and then yesterday i started having a lot of dark red blood yesterday i wipe and little blood clots and i was wonding if i could be pregnant or what?
