Im 35 weeks pregnant

Im 35 weeks pregnact..Two days ago i been having this tummy ache, i couldnt eat well and everythinh i'll eat i'll throw up. I was really light headed with a big knot in my throat not even willing to drink water i had alot of nausea. But tonight the babys keeping me up from sleeping, i try to go back to sleep, but i just cant i have a little pain in my back and when i lay down upwards my lower stomach hurts a little. So i try to lay down sideways but i cant go to sleep so i try the other side and nothing either :/ >.< what could be happening? Oh and my baby is moving like normal.

Are you taking your blood pressure??? You can do that at a local drugstore, and call your doctor at the same time. Of course there are serious conditions that can arise in the final weeks of pregnancy.
