| I dont think there has ever been a pregnant woman, that didnt worry about the possibility of a miscarriage. however they only occure in about 15 percent of all pregnancies. not a whole lot is known about what causes a miscarriage, tho there are a few theories. just nothing really proven.(smoking and alcohol being two theories, along with working around chemicals, radiation, chromosomal abnormalities and infections) So long as she is going to her doctor and taking her prenatals and doing everything she possibly can do that is right for her and her baby, then she is doing what she can, and its out of her hands. All we can really do is the best we can, and pray for a healthy pregnancy and baby.there will always be something that we as parents worry about when it comes to our kids wellbeing. But just try to relax and enjoy this time. If you have concerns, deffinintely discuss them with her doctor. I think it would help her to do so, as hearing how often people needlessly worry about it would probably comfort her. anytime you have any bleeding, or severe cramping, you should definitely consult your doctor however, as these can be normal, or they can be signs of miscarriage. hope this helped |
