You are testing too early. You need to wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late before testing using first morning urine, for best results.

Also, know that it takes the average couple up to a year or more of actively trying before conception takes place.

It's best to test when your period is at least 2 weeks late. Your period is not due until tomorrow. It's way too early to test. Any result you get now is likely not accurate.

It takes the average couple 1 -2 years to conceive once they start actively trying, tracking ovulation with basal temperature, etc. You've only been trying for a few months, don't get frustrated yet, you may still have a long road ahead of you.

Implantation bleeding is controversial. There are many doctors that don't believe in implantation bleeding. There are many professionals that also don't believe in implantation bleeding. In other words, I wouldn't base any guesses on the lack of, or existence of bleeding before your period. Bleeding can happen for many reasons. Bleeding due to implantation doesn't make a lot of sense. I'm one of those people (after having done a lot of research) that doesn't believe in implantation bleeding.

So, your option now is to wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then test with first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait until your next period, and if you miss it test again or get a blood test done. At this point you're definitely testing way too soon.

    Good luck.
