Is it possible in the first couple of months of pregnancy to get negative home test results (from several tests) even though you are pregnant?

Yes, it is very possible. It is more common to get a false negative than a false positive. Therefore, if you think you may indeed be pregnant, it is very important to make an appointment with your doctor for a blood test.
