Depends on your reasoning for wanting them regular.

If you are just simply wanting them regular... but are NOT trying to get pregnant, usually taking birth control pills will work. My doctor put me on them in high school for the sole reason to regulate me.

Now if you ARE trying to get pregnant there are meds that can help regulate you and still allow you to get pregnant. My doctor put me on Prometrium. I take it 10 days out of the month and it keeps me pretty regular, while still allowing me to conceive.
