Well, I don't know if I'm pregnant yet or not (only three days late), but I was wondering if anyone has any great ideas on how to tell the family that we are pregnant. I live about 10 hours from my family, and if we are pregnant I want to tell them in person. We are going back home April 7 for a suprise party for my step-dad's 50th bday, and no one knows we are coming. I know they will be so excited to see us, and if I'm pregnant I want a really clever way to tell them while we're there. I would love to hear any ideas any of you have! I just don't think that giving my step-dad a gift wrapped pair of booties is exciting enough! (By the way, I'm the only girl of 4 siblings so me being pregnant is going to be huge!) Thanks so much!

You could have T-Shirts printed with "Hi to my new family" on them and wait until someone notices.

Yes, I like the tshirt idea...I used that to announce my second child. I put a shirt on my 1st child that said "I have a secret" on the front and "Im going to be a big brother" on the back. It took a while, but eventually they notcied. You could put a talk ballon with the words "See you in November" or "Ask me why Im glowing" or just have a picture of an oven with the word "Bun" in it...it is really a funny reaction after the first person notices...talk about a domino effect.
