Well, you can try Clomid, but chances are a doctor won't give you Clomid unless you are having problems ovulating, thus leading to conception difficulties. However, that can lead to multiples above twins, triplets or quads maybe.

Other than that, you have to let mother nature take her course and take what the good Lord has given you.

Others here may tell you to eat this or drink that....but it doesn't work. It's all up to what the sperm and the egg decide to do when they meet.

If you are trying to get pregnant I would like to recommend that you begin taking either a multivitamin that contains folic acid or a prenatal vitamin now, if you aren't already. You want to prevent neural tube defects way before you even conceive.

As J9 said, Clomid increases the chances for multiples, but unless you are having trouble getting pregnant after a year of trying it is most likely that your doctor won't prescribe it to you for the sole purpose of trying to concieve twins.

Even on Clomid, there is only a 10% chance for twins.
