Does precum contains sperms?

I want to know if precum contains sperms? i have read many websites that Some said that precum do contain sperms but probably at most 1 or very few. Some said that precum does not contain sperms at all unless it comes from earlier ejaculation and was not being wiped off-->This information was made by a person who had enquired information from a doctor. So i wonder how true that if percum really does not contains any sperms?
And what are the percentage of chances of getting pregnant using the pulling out method?

Generally speaking, no - or very little if any. Read more here.

That having been said, though, 'pulling out' is a VERY inaccurate and unsatisfying method of birth control.

Hi, candy,
Please be aware that ANY time you have unprotected sex, with or without "pulling out" that the following are true, if not using protection, such as a condom:
1. You could become pregnant.
2. You could get one of many, many types of Sexual Diseases.
3. You could become one of the 4 out of 10 girls who will be pregnant before they are 20 yrs old in the United States.

Their is always a chance, whether just slim, that you can become pregnant.
Best of luck.

rickj

I have read the link you provided and has found it quite useful. Thanks for the information =)
But i have some questions about the information provided and was hoping you can help me simplify it.
---> As males get sexually excited they produce, mostly unknown to them, a small amount of precum that does not contain sperm (though it may have viruses or bacteria in it). Unless that precum is produced inside of the vagina during sexual arousal it is not at all likely to create a pregnancy.

Does this mean that if precum is produced when inside a vagina, there may be sperms in the percum unlike when the precum is produced outside the vagina? Is there a difference where precum is produced?

Hi, candy,
Is becoming pregnant worth the risk?
Anytime you have sex, without a condom, protection of some kind, you are risking pregnancy. Even if some say "no", there is no pre-*** with sperm, or some say "yes" there might be a chance, you are still at risk.
