diet pills and your period

can diet pills make your period late? i have only taken them twice. please help?

You didn't need to post two questions hun. Someone will be along to answer questions as soon as we can. Anything you put in your body can make your period late. So yes diet pills can make your period come late. When in doubt call you dr and make an appointment.

The effects of most diet pills are unknown because they are not FDA approved. I have never in the past found them to have the aforementioned effect. The only thing I know to cause a missed period is a very low BMI. Check your BMI
