well you need some prenatal vitamins, you can get them at any drugstore, or even walmart over the counter. Make sure they have folic acid. try to avoid undercooked meat, or any soft cheeses (blue, feta, etc..) because they can carry bacteria...otherwise, just eat healthy. Make sure you drink at least 8 cups of water a day. Try to stay away from diet drinks, it isnt proven, but some people say the aspartame is dangerous, I'd rather not take the chance. Also you should try to keep your caffeine intake down. My doc told me no more than 2 cans of coke a day...Just stay active, you will be fine. Get a good OB and always keep your appointments... good luck. Below are some good resources...
