The best way to answer this question is to visit your ob/gyn. They can do an exam and either look for the more defining signs of pregnany(an enlarged uterus and the blueish purple tint to the vagina that accompanies pregnancy) or look for reasons as to why you are late. you could just be late. it is not uncommon to be late, or even completely miss a period once a year. our bodies are always changing and it is not uncommon(esp if you are younger) for those hormones to throw you through a loop now and then. Stress, diet change, lifestyle change, all these things can have an effect as well. You very well could be pregnant, and your hcg levels just arent high enough to register on an hpt yet. I would suggest an appointment with your ob/gyn. good luck and best wishes
