I am a first time user, so please bear with me

I am 27 years old and married, I was previously taken depo-shot (for almost 4 years, did not have a period for almost 4 years) but stop and started the pill. I started the pill back on November 31, 2006. Got off the pill on December 19 (my body starting going crazy, gain huge amount of weight, sore nipples, etc.), had my first period December 24, 2006 lasted 3 days (heavy flow, bright red) did not get a period in January, late that month before my missing period I almost fainted twice on two different occassions. I took a pregnancy test it was negative (negative side was faint could hardly see it) so I thought nothing of it. At the beginning of february I started spotting. It was not like the usual period just dark brown, but not enough to use a liner. It would go away and come back. I only spotted when I went to the bathroom or had intercourse. It lasted about 7 days on and off. Now it is almost the end of February and theres no period. I am extremely tired, and I would say emotional. But the worst thing right now is the nausea. which it has lasted four days and counting. It started with a headache and then the nausea. I don't vomit but I constantly have that queasy feeling. I eat and the feeling comes. I again took a pregnancy test but the results were negative. Even though the negative side of the test was really faint. Now, I don't know what's wrong, Am I going crazy? Please, help.

It seems to me that you are very anxious about the situation in which you are in. The symptoms which you describe are symptoms of pregnancy; however, you have had pregnancy tests and they were negative.
I think you should visit your own GP and fast. If you are pregnant, which is unlikely, then you will need to find this out soon before it is too late to abort (if thats what you want.)

Right now, it sounds like your body(and emotions) are really going on a roller coaster ride. I would venture to say that I think it is from coming off of the shot, and the pill. After having been on the shot for 4 years, having no period that whole time, then getting on the pill for 1 month, then completely off, your body has a lot to deal with. dont get me wrong, it could be very possible that you are pregnant, and the hcg levels are just not high enough yet to register on a hpt. Dont rule it out, but definitely dont count on it either. I think your best bet in this situation is to see your doctor. Esp if you are nearly having fainting spells.
