Could I be pregnant?

I got my period on the 16 of this month feb an it has been light my face is getting fat an I have had very little cramping I need to know if I am pregnant?

You'd have to take a Home pregnancy test to know for sure. Otherwise all you would be doing is guessing before you started to show.
