im 25 i got my period on nov 7 it was heavy then the next day it stopped and it came back 2 days later but really light then it stopped then 2 more days it came back and stopped again. then 3 days later i was spotting. I usually have a regular period it lasts about 7 days and i havent been on birthcontrol in four years and i get tingling feelings in my breast and then they go away and i am so tired. can i be pregnant? also can taking prenatal vitamins help you get pregnant?

While it is always possible that you are pregnant as long as you are having sex (birth control or not) this seems unlikely that you are pregnant. Are you going through any stress right now?

You should probably wait a week and take a HPT to be sure.

No prenatal vitamins will not help you get pregnant, they only increase your vitamin resources to make you healthy while you are pregnant.

Many men take prenatals while dieting to maintain the correct balance of vitamins in their body lost from changing eating habits and changing foods.
