worried about colored discharge

Hey guys this is my first time at being a mom and im 30wks and a little nervous. My husband and I had sex about a week ago and I started bleeding. We rushed to th ER they told me I just probably broke some blood vessels or something. So I bleed for 2 days. Now I am having colored discharge every once in a while through out the day and its brownish/ yellow at first it was pink tinged now its not. What could it be? Now hes scared to have sex again.
