Conceiving
My cousin told me that she heard that if the woman orgasms during intercourse (and so does the man), it makes it easier to get pregnant. Is there any truth to this?

I haven't found any truth to that statement but you know it couldn't hurt. Enjoying sex for just being with your partner can and does help you to conceive. I'm sure that J_9 will be able to answer this from a medical stand point better.
