Come on the outside of the vagina

Is it possible of being pregnant if you weight 115 pounds and you have not put on weight and it would be the 32nd week of the pregnancy also only precum got on the outside of the vagina by finger?

Medical conditions can cause cessation of menstrual cycle. None of which should be ignored. If you are pregnant, you need care. If you are not, you need care.
And while it is unlikely that you are pregnant from your description of the contact, perhaps more happened than you noticed.
