Im sure you see that she is glowing. tell her so.
Get her whatever she wishes from the grocery store. (even if its out of your way)
Rub her feet, belly, back, anything...
Help, or stay out of the way, when she is nesting.
Tell her how happy you are to be a father.
Help with picking a name you both love.
Best Wishes, Rockie

Sorry, cant stop now...
Go with her to all Dr. appt.
When your bundle of joy arrives, stop by the jewlery store and pick out something she will treasure forever.

These are good links:BBC - h2g2 - The Needs of Pregnant Women

Just make sure that you help her whenever you can. Go get ANY and EVERYTHING that she wants to eat, no matter what time, or the distance away. Make her feel wanted, in a sexual way, but understand that whenever she says no, she MEANS it.

Just treat her like a queen.

GOD made the right choice when HE selected women for this job. If it were up to us guys, we would surely be extinct.

And if babies were the size of walnuts, I would get a C-section.

Now, go do something nice for her.

Good luck my friend.
