For the past 2 weeks, I've really been thinking I'm pregnant. Ive had a lot of symptoms. Yesterdya, I started my "period" a day early. And I woke up this morning, and I felt my tampon leaking, but it wasn't blood, it was clear and watery. And there wasn't much blood on the tampon. But then it started to pick up a bit, more like my normal period. So I thought, that I wasn't pregnant. But all my symptoms are still happening, and actually getting worse. Usually with my period, I only have three symptoms, bloating, breast tenderness, and I'm a little extra hungry, but they go away when I start my period. And all these new symptoms going strong. Even my areolas are getting darker and bigger.
But is it possible to have bleeding that's so much like your normal period?
I asked my mom, and she had her period for 4 months while pregnant.

So, I don't really know what to think. Im having all the symptoms... just having my "period" too. And I think its too much to be implantation bleeding. But anyway.. Please tell me what you think. I hate not knowing.

Everyone's different, my first pregncy I continued to have my period for a few months I also thought something was wrong but everyitng was fine. But do tell your DOC just so she can check you out.Call your doc nurse shell tell you what to do.

If you don't know for sure whether you are pregnant, try a pregnancy test. Although it isn't an actual period, some women do have some bleeding in early pregnancy, a few for most of their pregnancy.
Any bleeding in pregnancy should be checked out. But of course first you need to find out if you are actually pregnant or if it may just be an off cycle.

Am 22 I started my period on the 11th of dec 09 had unprotected sex on the 25th dec 09. I got ill on the 28th dec 09 my appatite for food increased I had feelling of dizziness always wanting to sleep also pains on the upper part of my breast.but on the 5th of jan I saw blood .I want to know if this is my period

I am also going throw the same thing only thing was I stopped my period on the 11th of dec and on the 6th of jan I saw blood. My husband was home from away and we had unprotected sex a lot.(cause we are trying to have a baby) I wanted to know if this was my period of just implantation bleeding.

Please someone help me! I am so confused...
I last had sex 8 weeks ago (approx) and then a week or two after had a 'period'. It was heavier than my normal periods are, so I was a little surprised, but it had arrived on time, and lasted the usual full length of time my period does, so thought no more of it.
Then 28 days later, when I was due on for a second time, it didn't arrive...
So when I was about a week or so late, I took a test. It was positive.
So I took another test, one that tells you how far along you are, it came up positive and that I was 5 weeks plus+ pregnant as a doctor would date me...
Thing is, I haven't had any sex since BEFORE the heavy period, so I had to be pregnant then as I am now!
How can this be? Everything I've read says this can't happen, and that any bleeding around the time you would expect your period would be lighter than usual, or spotting... this just isn't the case!
Please if anyone can advise me, or if anyone has had any similar experience please respond!
My doctor just sent me away saying don't worry and wait until the scan, but this is too long for me to be thinking and worrying!

I had 3 test saying that I was pregnant but I am still having a period trust me I won't to know too . I am going to the doc in two days

I had bleeding while I was pregnant with my second son(just like a period), not sure why I bleed still while pregnant but my test for all 3 kids have never been positive until I'm 3 and a half to 4 months and that's including blood test

wow to happymother of 4 I didn't think it was,possible but I know now and to bobby x I had the same thing happened but the next month hasn't com yet,but as far as the pregnancy symptoms I have them all and they usually go away when my period starts breast are full a and nipples are darker and bigger than normal and I'm still hungry more than ever cramping alil but I just wonder if it's the samething that happened to u .well I wish u well

Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on April 5th, about 2-3 days after I got what I thought was my "period" but my peroid doesn't start until the 16th. Its now May 9th and I started my "period" on the 7th. My boyfriend came inside of me when we had unprotected sex on the 5th of April. I want to know if I'm pregnant or not. Can someone please help me. Am I pregnant or not pregnant. I haven't taken a test yet because he doesn't want me to and neither do I. So can come please help me.

The only way you will know for certain if you are pregnant or not would be to test positive on a pregnancy test. So far is this period having the usual amount of flow as you normally do? Your cycles may have changed up a bit on you if you had a period about April 7 and now you have started another one about the same time for May.

If you are concerned, try a pregnancy test. It seems more that your periods have just shifted the schedule a bit, but see what happens with this period.

I'm a mother of two and still breastfeeding my 11 months old daughter and my periods are regular since I'm breastfeeding her,but this month my periods were late for 2 days ,I was feeling very strong pregnancy symptoms for the last 3 days ai did a pregnancy test 2 days before it was negative and last night I saw some blood spotting when I wiped,it was just light pink and very less , the whole night I was not bleeding and I was restless.Today morning I started to bleed like my periods bleeding but I have still all the pregnancy symptoms.I was wondering shall I test it again,a bit confused when to test again after this cycle ?
If anyone of you can help me I would be grateful.

So, I tested positive on a pregnancy test about a week and a half ago. I am currently 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant with #2. 2 days ago I started spotting, and then it got heavier. I went to the doctor to have a blood test, and everything came out positive for being pregnant. But yesterday and today the bleeding has gotten heavier, more like a period, with cramping. Also, I feel like my pregnancy symptoms that I had last week have all of the suddenly gone away. It's confusing because with my first child I did have morning sickness for one week, and then miraculously it was gone after that and never came back, but I can't help but think that perhaps I had a miscarriage this time around?. as I had absolutely zero bleeding with baby #1.. but then again every pregnancy is different. The doctor says only time can tell and that I need to do a blood test every 2 days (2 more times) to make sure the pregnancy hormone level is rising (it should double every 2 days). I did my second one today and will go in for the third one in 2 more days. I know that all there is to do right now is wait, but it is very hard to not know 'for sure'. There are lots of sleepless nights, and it makes it even harder with a toddler running around.

Hmmm, very interesting one. I was feeling pregnant for a long time however none of the tests were showing positive and I was still getting my period. It wasn't until only 3 weeks ago that my period stopped and I am now shoing positive on a urine test. I have my scan on Tuesday to find out how far, going to be interesting to say the least. I have a feeling that I am going to be a lot further along than the 5 weeks they are telling me!!

Hi,OK so my story starts like this... I got my flow on dec.25,2012 my flow lasted 3 days like it always dose... now I started bleeding on the 22 of jan.2013 3 or 4 day before my flow is suppose to come... I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Me and my boyfriend are trying to conceive and I'm sick of the negative. On the pregnancy tests that I have taken it makes me want to stop trying but my love for children and the feeling of wanting my own over power that is there any way I took the test to soon can I still be pregnant even though I was bleeding please help me
