Yes, and no. You see pregnancy symptoms are very similar to premenstrual symptoms.

Have you taken a pregnancy test yet? If not, best wait till after you miss a period.

There are only 3 ways to know for SURE if you are pregnant......Fetal movements....Fetal heartbeat...and ultrasound.

If you think you are pregnant, you need to make a doctor's appointment.

well the thing is that iam not bleeding like my usal period i am very light and i just dont know what is going on with me i am trying to get pregnant and been trying for about three months for almost every day and he has came inside me alot i mean alot and yet i dont know if i am now i have a rear blood type like RH- so i dont know if that will give me an bad result or not and i have had one misscarriage about three years ago but my periods have all been the same except for this one it came really early and its not as heavy so i dont know i did take a test but nothing should i take anther test when i am done bleeding i mean i never had a period like this one and i just strated a day ago so anything that can help me please tell me

rH- blood is not that rare and there really should be little cause for concern there. If you are pregnant you will get a RHoGAM shot. No biggy really.

Every once in a while Mother Nature throws us a curve ball and gives us strange periods. What I suggest you do is wait a week and retest using first morning urine. If that comes up negative then you will have to wait for next month to see if your period comes. If so, you aren't pregnant, if not, you probably are.

unfortunately you are playing the waiting game now.

PMS symptoms can be the same as early pregnancy symptoms, aside from the absence of a period.

So if you haven't missed a period but still think you could be pregnant, take a HPT or set an appt with your doctor.

i dont think that it has to do with u being rh- i am rh- and i have 2 baby boys and pregant with #3 so i dont think thats what it is but good luck
