| If you havent gone to the ob/gyn yet, this would probably be a good idea. Getting a full check up/exam it will help you know that everything is healthy, or what you might need to work on. I might be that you need a slight jumpstart with clomid, or another form of fertility help. Its not uncommon and definitely not something to be ashamed of. Maybe your hubby should get a check up too, to make sure that everything is ok on his end as well. Maybe it is just that the stress and the timing have all been wrong. One thing that has been suggested over and over here is to relax. this is because stress can play a very detrimental role in trying to concieve. Not only can it make it harder for you to concieve, but it can also cause a rift in your marriage, the friendship and closeness you share with hubby. I would get the exams, make sure you are both physically ready to concieve, take the suggestions your doctors may offer, and then I would take a vacation. just take time to yourselves, without thinking about trying for a baby, without thinking about anything but eachother. it may be just what the two of you need. Good luck and best wishes. |
