| Well every pregnancy is different so ur body could be more used to the growth part of pregnancy for u not to have the same symptoms. Have u takin a pregnancy test? What kind of symptoms did u have for ur first...I am waiting to go to the doctor monday to see my blood tests but I have takin 2 at home tests and they were neg. BUT it was only a week and 3 days ago since we had sex so maybe the hcg is not strong enough, (that is what I have read anyways)...HELP... |

| theres no substitute for positive evidence, preferably a blood test taken while consulting a medical provider. otherwise home test, if neg wait and test again, as it takes time for hormones to build up. its a waiting game, like it or not... and not all pregnancies "feel" the same. |

blood tests are more sensitive... but even there, taked too soon you might need to retake... |

| amber,
i know you are concerned, but remember, NOBODY can tell you the "odds"... period.
a woman may miss her period for a lot of reasons, only one of which is pregnancy. age, physical condition, stress, diet, mental condition, etc... are all potential factors
you may not want to hear it, but absolutely not a single person here can tell you what you want to hear. if you had sex during a time when you might have been ovulating you might, or might not, be pregnant. this is why TESTS are made, marketed, and sold.
anything else is just noise.
period. |

| being pregnant isnt a popularity poll... its not the same as "does this dress make me look skinny" or "is this hair color good for my skin"....
the facts are this...
if you are having sex you MIGHT be pregnant. you might not also.
if you missed a period or are late you MIGHT be pregnant. you might not.
the ONLY way to confirm this is through time and through a medical test. the doctor... you know... that person who went to college for four years, med school for another four, and then did residency for a few more years, while going into debt for over $100,000 of education... that person prefers NOT to use opinion for diagnosis... they like to use facts. this means preg tests.
the fact is you are playing a waiting game whether you like it or not.
you can keep asking for opinions. id suggest the psychics forum. |
