Am I pregnant?

I am married. I had an intercourse with my husband last month, but I had my monthly period after it immediately. Last month period was delayed for 6 days after the due day. Since I finished my period, I haven't had any sexual intercourse with my husband. But I haven't had my period for this month. I was supposed to have it on March 3, but nothing yet. I did a pregnancy home test three days ago; it was negative. I did another test yesterday, i.e. two days later, and it was negative too. So, what should I do? I think I had no pregnancy symptoms. Please help me.

Mostly likely, you are not pregnant. The home tests are VERY accurate nowadays.
I think you should have more sex with your husband though ; )

Sounds like a negative to me. A late period is not a missed period, and if you had your period since you last had intercourse you are not pregnant. Sometimes womens cycles go a little weird for no reason.

It is possible that you are pregnant. Unfortunately not all of us women get a surge in Hcg that is detectable in HPTs this early on. I was around 8 weeks pregnant with my oldest, 12 weeks with my youngest, and 4 months with my third child, before a HPT would not register a positive.

You should make an appointment with your doctor for a serum blood test to make sure. If you are not, you need to find out why, if you are then you need a prenatal visit.

Some women can get what is called early pregnancy bleeding, which can be mistaken for a period, also your hormones may be slow to build up high enough to show positive on a urine test. My daughter was 4 months pregnant before she finally got a positive with a urine test, because her hormones were slow to build up. A urine test relies on your hormones being a certain level to show positive, if your hormones fall a fraction below the required level, you will get a negative result. ask the doctor to take a pregnancy blood test.
