Am I pregnant?

Hello,
I have not had my period for 22 days. I had taken a pregnancy blood test 5 times and it was negative. I went to the gyn, and they did an ultrasound and found out that my lining of my uterus is thickened (7 mm) and I have free fluid but its empty .I am having most of the early pregnancy signs. AM I PERGNENT??

Please help. If anyone knows what I can do to find out and how soon, it would be greatly appreciated.

i have had the strongest feeling since they beginning there was two then when i saw the ultrasound both times it showed one (i guess) but my friend had the vaginal ultrasound twice for spotting as well and both times showed one then at her 20 week scan suprise their were two.

lol...see, back to my point...just a guess...lol

I hate vaginal ultrasounds, nothing but a big dildo that doesnt move...lol. I prefer the tummy ones, but the vaginal are the best for early sonograms....I wouldnt worry too much about the due date...

seriously, its uncomfortable, and it doesnt even show that great of a pic...I think if you have to have one of those things shoved up there it better give you 4D motion imagery...LOL.

I went to the doctor today and got a lovely vaginal ultrasound. Not the best experience ever, but I did get to see the little one for the first time and I got to see the little heart beat. It was so cute!!!
Oh, and what someone said about the yolk sac, I am 8 weeks according to my ultrasound and you can definetly see the yolk sac. My due date is March 3rd.
