The possibility of pregnancy exists but I'm going to go out on a limb (J9 don't shoot me) and say that I don't think you're pregnant.
If you've only been on the pill for a week then it's too early to tell.
Breastfeeding suppresses your period, suppresses ovulation. Like I said before, the only bad thing about relying on breastfeeding as birth control is the fact that you never know when your body will start ovulating again, and ovulation occurs before your period.
Many women have had back to back pregnancies without having a period in between.
I breastfed religiously for almost 3 years (ya, I know, I didn't plan it that way, it just happened) and I got my period at shortly before the 2 year mark.
We're all different and breastfeeding is not a reliable form of birth control, so again, the possibility exists.
The thing is, you've been on the pill for a week, so you're not yet due for a period. Wait until the pack is done, then, if you don't get a period, test for pregnancy.
Of course you could always go to your doctor and express your concern.
I would be willing to bet $10 that you aren't, but I've been wrong before, so don't count on it.
Really, wait until you're actually due for a period, after you BC is done, then worry. Realize that worrying can also affect your period. Too many things to worry and not worry about, right? Men have it easier.
