It is ok for you to still be losing your weight while the baby gains. It depends on your size and weight, of course. If you are a little over weight then you are fine. Now if you only weigh say 100 lbs and are really tall then I would bring it up with your doctor. None the less you can ask your doctor what a normal amount for you to gain or lose is. Don't worry too much about your baby, if your stomach is growing then your baby is too. Have you had a first appointment yet? I wouldn't be concerned at 15 weeks. I didn't start gaining any weight till 19 weeks and I was pretty small to begin with.

I lost almost 10 lbs in my first 3 months of pregnancy, but I was heavier to begin with, so my doctor told me not to worry and keep eating healthy. I know my weight loss was because I totally changed my diet when I found out I was pregnant. As long as your baby is growing (belly getting bigger) everything should be fine! Good Luck.
