We recently purchased a 24 foot circle above ground pool, but find with the shade surrounding the pool, we would like to raise the water temperature approximately 10 degrees. We believe we would like to install a Hayward propane heater. The Adobe instruction manual is available on line for the unit, but is not very specific regarding parts needed to complete the installation. Also, the document notes that the propane tank should not be located near the pool, but I am at a loss as to how far away it should be. Any advice on installing this type of heater or recommendation for other options would be welcomed. Thanks!

well you wouldn't put the heater next to the pool, so having the propane tank close to the heater but farther away from the pool should prevent accidental tipping or line breakage.
