Inground pool

I have a Shark automatic pool cleaner it runs fine for about 20 minutes and then stops. The pool pump is still running. I have checked the "pressure", looked for air leaks in the hose, cleaned the filter and did everything listed under trouble shooting in the manual.
Any ideas of why it might stop working?
