hot tub electrical

Does any body see a code violation if I do this for hooking up my new hot tub?
My breaker panel is a Square D HOM20M100C load center. The 10 breakers on the left side of the load center are all 20 amp breakers. The 10 on the right are three 20's and the rest 15 amp breakers. I looked through the panel legend and selected 2 circuits that are of low usage and moved them to share another 15 amp breaker. The 2 that was moved was a bath outlet which I move to share with the bath lights, the other was some lighting in the garage which I moved to share with the receptacles in the garage. I want to replace the 2 breakers with a 2 pole 240 volt 30 amp circuit breaker. I was planning on using 6 AWG thin copper wire and pull 4 leads of it to a 50 amp Spa breaker, (part number HOME 250SPA). My house has a spacious crawl space that I plan to house the wire in a ridged conduit. The spa is approx 50' fro the breaker load center so when I get to the house exterior wall I was planning to drill a hole and bring the conduit out t through the wall and mount the 50 amp spa breaker which will be approx 5 to 10' feet from the spa. Then from the spa breaker to the spa run ridged to the electrical hook up. Any one that knows the code for colorado please respond. I am sure it probably the same in all towns and cities. Please respond.
