green pool

i have a easy set up pool that has turned green. the fiter system doesnt work very well, ive used clorine , & tried bleach and still no change. any suggestions on to clear up a green pool with a not so good working filter?

Other than drain out the water and start all over adding more chemicals to your already chemical laced pool water is not an option any longer. You let it go too long and the algae built up got the best of the pool.
