adding chemicals

I need step by step instruction on adding chemicals to a 36" high inflatable pool. I don't know where to start after filling the pool.

Most chemicals are added at or near the skimmer. The store where you purchased your pool (or even a larger store that sells larger pools) can help you in regards to test strips, PH, etc.
