What about the Republican debate on ABC in New Hampshire?

I though McCain looked relatively uninsprired and uninvolved. Thompson looks sedated. Paul may be from another planet, though well-intentioned. Romney and Huckabee looked like contestants. Was there another?

Huckabee surprised me. Will hold all thoughts until after NH.

Would you do anything about oil company profits? "Such as what?"...."We are not a nation that regulates the profits or the losses of our economy." (Thompson)

The guy tells it like he is . His style may be an issue I guess , but his responses aren't . Another good moment was when he called Romney to task for his state health insurance plan ;which he intends to go national with in some form or another if elected ,which mandates the purchase of insurance policies .

Difference between the Dems and Repubs, however, is the Dems will not say what they want to do and how they plan to go about it. No one wants to hear about more government regulation and costs; and no Democrat is going to reduce it.

excon agrees: She ain't a bad looking broad for 60. If she wasn't such a shrew, I'd do her. Course, I'd do a snake if I could hold it.

ex, TMI buddy, TMI. I could never in my wildest imaginations utter the words "she ain't a bad looking broad" at any age, but I will say I think this photo is more flattering than the "faux Hillary" we usually get. It's actually refreshing to see her as she really is...and that may be as close as you'll ever get to me offering her a compliment

I sort of think she and the folks in New York deserve each other; I hope it is exclusive.
