Ron Paul Wins !

Ron Paul took the majority of the votes in the Alabama Straw poll .

Republican Assembly Holds Informal Straw Poll - News - NBC13.com

In 1999 Alan Keyes also won the Alabama straw poll

Keyes wins low-profile Alabama straw poll - August 30, 1999

so Paul can take encouragement in the fact that he is at least as successful as Keyes in president electoral politics.

tomder55 agrees: that's funny !! Maybe Dennis and RP could form a fusion ticket . or if he's not available there is always Mike Gravel .

Hello again, tom (you too El):

Actually, the two of them on the ticket would be a dream team for me. Together, they represent the best of the right and the best of the left.

PS> Yes, I'm a bit skitzoid.

We now know there are at least 216 people supporting Ron Paul, which is probably about a dozen more supporters than Kucinich has. Although I hear there's a growing movement to join with Mrs. Kucinich in visualizing a win.

tomder55 agrees: last seen being a sacrifical lamb ,a carpetbagger ,and getting drubbed by Barak Obama in the Ill. Senate race .If intelligence were the prime qualification for President he'd win every time.
