why water doesn't come out of faucet?

i was washing dishers and the water stop coming out. i have a single pull out moen faucet. i took the faucet apart and the guts out and the water come out then but when i put it back together it won't come out.

Did you remove and check the aerator from the spout? Will water come out of the spout with the aerator removed? Let me know< Tom

tks for the info , i figure it out.. i guess some pieces of rubber ring came loose and plug up the little screen that goes from the spray handle to the hose.. i took it apart and cleaned filter screen and now it is alst
