    What size drain pipe should use for bathroom sink?
    What size drain line for double sink in bathroom and what size vent stack for sink shower toilet

    Hi Awood

    I would run 2" for the double sink and then branch off the 2" with 1.5" piping to each sink using a 2"x1.5" double sanitary tee fitting.

    In terms of venting I would need to know if you are using the double sink vent as the toilet vent... called a wet vent.

    I would also need to know if you have other bathrooms in the house or if this is the only bathroom.

    Finally, are you individually venting all fixtures or are you wet venting this bathroom group? Let me know more, OK?

    I have one bathroom down the hall about 30' this is a new bathroom need to know how run plumbing for two sinks in bathroom and toilet and shower all of these will run in a 3 drain what is best way to vent all of these thanks.

    OK... I can tell you what you need to know, but first I need to know the layout of the fixtures, i.e. piping things up as toilet first, sinks next and shower last. A drawing would really help.

    Finally, I also need to know if WET VENTING is allowed in your state (call a local building department and ask them). If wet venting is allowed it will definitely save you time and money, OK?
