Wedding ring got flushed.

Live in apartment building and curious if there is some sort of trap or something in the septic??? If I can try & get ring back or is it gone forever???????????????????????????

Hey Kip.

Had you lost your ring down the lavatory I would have advised you to not run any water and open up the trap, however, The toilet's designed to remove solids and I fear that includes your ring. Say bye-bye to it. Sorry, Tom
