weak water pressure in my mobilehome

I live in a 1999 Fleetwood mobilehome/manufactured home situated in a mobile home park. I had the office personnel check the water pressure outside my house and they said it was fine. When I turn on my water anywhere in the house initially the pressure is strong then a second later the pressure slows down for about 5 seconds then the pressure slowly starts to come back to normal (still low pressure in my opinion). This is getting really old and frustrating. I believe I may have plastic pipes by the way. Would you be able to help me where the problem may lie or how to fix it? Thank you in advance.

First off, we need to know what the PSI is coming into your unit. What's the source of your water? The city or a well in the park? Do the units on either side have the same problem?

This tells me your lines are clear and the problem isn't in your unit at all if I read you correctly. Didn't you say that every faucet runs strong and then the pressure falls off? Check with your neighbors and let me know what they say. I keep coming back to the water source as the problem. Could you check around and give me more details? thanks, Tom

I still have not checked with my neighbors but I just wanted to let you know what I noticed. When I turn on the water (hot or cold) you can hear the pipes rumbling for about 3 seconds. I just don't know where the sound originates from, I will let you know once I find out. Thanks.

Sorry I took so long. I did check with my neighbors and their water pressure is fine. What do you think is causing the problem in my house?
