water trickling out of hot taps

husband had to take hot water tap of ensuite wash basin put back together but now hot water slowly comi9ng out of any hot tap we try

Did he remove the tap or disassemble the valve?

What hubby did was disturb Minerals built up in the pipe walls and it's now clogging the cartridge, What hubby didn't do was to flush out the supplies before he reassembled the valve.
The solution would be to shut the water off to the valve and open it up,
Remove the cartridge and check and clean the inlet ports. Now turn the water back on for a minute to flush out the supplies. Reassemble and test. Better now? Good luck, Tom
